A jammy sweet coffee to enlight our first Ugandan origin roast. Norman Mukuru, responsible for the Coffee Yard, a coffee programme based in the foothills of Mount Elgon that shares their experience on naturals to support small producers in the last twenty years. The results on the natural processes gave the name Florals, the unique flavour profile achieved by fermenting the coffee beans in open tanks resulting in a sweet, round, and delicate flavour full of berry notes.
