At WOLFOX, we want to reward our most loyal customers with the best savings on their coffee. Having collated data from multiple customer surveys, we have found that our most loyal customers admitted to spending between £270 and £400 on coffee each month. We have looked carefully at our production costs and were able to develop our bespoke membership scheme. For £60 per month (making it under £14 a week), or £20 per week, we can offer our members unlimited coffee for themselves and 10% off the full bill at any of the venues listed under the “venues” tab in the app. Scan the QR codes below to join or download our “Wolfox” app at Apple or Google stores.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • your membership is valid on any coffee, tea, Hot Chocolate and Iced Coffee. Members also can enjoy barista-made speciality drinks such as matcha and Nutella lattes at 50% off. Membership permits only yourself to access free drinks and discounts, with up to maximum purchase of one every 30 minutes. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service if they believe you are using your membership for the service of multiple people.

  • Your subscription will renew automatically each month (or week depending on your subscription) and will continue unless cancelled by you or us in accordance with these terms and conditions. Each subscription period is one calendar month (or week) starting when you first subscribe.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app.

  • Cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of the subscription month in which you cancel it so you can continue to use your existing subscription until your subscription month has expired. The recurring subscription fee will not be taken from you the following subscription month.
